The room rate is $379/night (for a standard room) plus a $25 per night resort tax and includes the following:

• Discounted golf rate of $259/person per round (outside of Friday’s activity); rental club rate is $125
• Complimentary golf bag storage at Wildfire Golf Club

FEI Group will make your hotel reservation using the arrival and departure dates you provide when you register. Please do not contact the hotel directly for reservations, as this impacts our ability to properly track and fulfill our room block commitment. 

We have a limited number of rooms available at our discounted room rate beginning Tuesday, October 20. These rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Regardless, your reservations must be made via our registration site.

Our room block deadline is September 11. After that date, we cannot guarantee you will be able to secure a room at our discounted rate.
